The Role This is a senior consulting position at the intersection of digital commerce, cloud-native technology, and client delivery. You'll be the person in the room who understands both the business problem and what it takes to solve it - running workshops, shaping roadmaps, writing user stories, and working closely with engineering, UX, and product teams to turn client requirements into working digital solutions. It's a varied, high-ownership role that calls for someone equally comfortable presenting to a C-suite stakeholder and collaborating with a development team mid-sprint. Experience in digital commerce is essential - this isn't a generalist BA role. What You'll Be Doing Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to capture functional and non-functional requirements, building a clear picture of each client's challenges and objectives Translate business requirements into capability roadmaps, product backlogs, epics, and user stories ready for development sprints Work closely with technical teams, QA, project managers, and client product owners throughout the delivery lifecycle Guide clients in shaping business capability models and operational processes, drawing on deep digital commerce expertise Collaborate with UX designers and UI engineers to ensure design concepts translate into exceptional user experiences Produce clear, well-structured documentation and artefacts that guide development and serve as lasting client resources Contribute to and continuously improve the internal accelerator library, raising productivity across the wider team Manage your own workload across concurrent projects, taking personal accountability for sprint deliverables and timelines What You'll Need Essential 5+ years' experience in a professional consulting environment 3+ years' experience in digital commerce in a customer-facing BA or consulting role Experience working with tier 1 enterprise clients Strong requirements gathering, user story writing, and backlog management skills Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and agile delivery Degree qualified in a relevant field Proven ability to work independently across multiple concurrent projects Desirable Experience with MACH architecture applications Omni-channel commerce experience Exposure to customer lifecycle management, CDP, ML, or data lakes Knowledge of search, SEO, web analytics, order management, payments, or fulfilment Familiarity with CMS, DAM, PIM, or inventory management platforms Understanding of event-based system integrations on AWS or Azure The Package £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience EMI share options (HMRC-approved) Remote-first with Belfast and UK co-working access 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension matched up to 8% BUPA Private Healthcare and Health Assessments Specsavers Corporate Eye Care Cycle to Work Scheme Training and professional development budget High-spec equipment and home-office budget Interested?
