The Company A well-established Hertfordshire-based regional main contractor is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Pre-Construction Team, supporting continued growth across the Home Counties and London. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, community, and high-end retail sectors, the company has built long-term relationships and a robust client base. The Role Reporting directly to the Pre-Construction Director and working closely with the Commercial and Construction Directors, you will play a key role in driving business growth.
