We're looking for a Senior Producer who knows how to take a project from a rough idea to beautifully finished content - and keep everyone calm, informed, and on track along the way. This role will be for a minimum 12 month FTC starting in early Feb 2026, but those looking for permanent work only will also be considered.
You'll be owning productions end to end: pre-production, on set, and through post, working across a mix of B2B and B2C clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves being hands-on, leading shoots, managing people, and making sure great creative actually gets delivered.
What you'll be doing

Owning projects from initial scope through final delivery
*
Leading pre-production: scoping, budgeting, timelines, resourcing, and risk planning
*
Being on set and running shoots with confidence
*
Overseeing post-production and keeping everything moving smoothly
*
Managing clients throughout the entire production process (clear, calm, and organised)
*
Keeping internal teams aligned and projects progressing
*
Running project status meetings and tracking logistics
*
Flagging risks, changes, and budget overages early (no surprises)
*
Managing suppliers, freelancers, and talent - and getting the best out of them
*
Providing clear direction to junior producers and helping them grow
What we're looking for
*
Proven experience as a Senior Producer (or strong Producer ready to step up) in a creative or content agency
*
Strong background producing video and stills content
*
A solid understanding of the full production workflow - from pre to post
*
Confident managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects at once
*
Comfortable leading shoots and making decisions on set
*
Great communication skills (with clients, creatives, and crews)
*
Organised, proactive, and unflappable under pressure
