CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING
Are you someone who can start a conversation in an empty room? One of those people who always manages to get things done, no matter how much there is to do? If yes, there’s a place in our Customer Service team for you.
It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business: looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you'll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will involve communicating via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from inquiry to post-hire feedback, and building relationships with regular customers. You'll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure we provide the best experience and continually improve our service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with customer service experience, ideally with industry background, to see and feel the impact of their work in a hands-on, operational, service-focused environment.

To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you should have:
* Proven experience in a customer service role, handling inbound inquiries, completing transactions, and satisfying customers
* Experience in the hire or construction industry is advantageous but not essential
* Experience in developing product knowledge and understanding our product range and business
* Exceptional communication skills, including negotiation and influencing
* The ability to make decisions using your judgment and initiative
* A collaborative, supportive team approach
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and targets
* A commitment to continuous improvement
* Proficiency in MS Office and enthusiasm for learning new IT systems
