The role
A producer is essential to any photographic shoot, managing all aspects of pre-production. They ensure the shoot runs smoothly, anticipate potential issues, and solve problems proactively. Responsibilities include booking flights, preparing estimates, liaising with casting agencies, and delegating roles to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
The goal is to establish and follow studio processes to produce high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant work.
What you can expect to be doing
* Collaborating with in-house and external partners to produce engaging visual content
* Building and maintaining relationships with photographers, set designers, and talent agencies
* Negotiating market rates to secure the best deals
* Managing full shoots on set, working with directors and account teams
* Working with the creative director to define deliverables and prepare shot/check lists
* Ensuring creative output aligns with client style guides
* Researching and recceing locations, negotiating, and organizing logistics
* Providing on-set support across all production areas
What we’d like to see from you:
* Extensive experience in shoot production with high-profile talent
* Discreet, professional, with excellent communication and networking skills
* Strong relationships with top-tier photographers and talent agents
* Experience managing talent and their agents both on and off set
* Attention to detail, financial acumen, and meticulous documentation skills
* Proven ability to manage campaigns of varying budgets and timelines
* Capability to coordinate location and studio shoots
* Skilled in budgeting, creative planning, and timeline management for both video and stills
* Knowledge of digital capture platforms, lighting, photography equipment, and safety standards
* Organized, pragmatic, able to prioritize and manage time effectively
* Understanding of production workflows and key milestones
* Negotiation skills considering budget constraints and external costs
