We are looking for a TikTok Shop – Seller Growth Manager to lead our TikTok initiatives and grow our e-commerce brand through creator-driven content. In this role, you'll manage relationships with creators, oversee outreach, provide feedback on scripts and content, and guide a team of editors and coordinators. You'll be responsible for testing new content ideas, scaling what works, and ensuring our TikTok presence drives both brand awareness and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Management & Content Development
* Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and influencers.
* Review and provide feedback on scripts, concepts, and performance.
* Collaborate with creators to test new ideas, hooks, and content angles.
* Ensure creators deliver authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Operations & Team Oversight
* Oversee the outreach process for creator partnerships (pipelines, negotiations, contracts).
* Manage team members (outreach coordinators, strategists, editors) to keep production running smoothly.
* Work closely with video editors to ensure high-quality post-production and timely delivery.
* Establish workflows, SOPs, and content calendars.
Strategy & Growth
* Develop and implement TikTok content strategies that align with e-commerce goals.
* Test and iterate creative approaches based on analytics and platform insights.
* Stay ahead of TikTok trends, formats, and algorithm updates.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to integrate content into campaigns and launches.
Qualifications
* 3–5+ years experience in creator operations, influencer marketing, or social media management (TikTok focus preferred).
* Proven ability to manage creators and creative pipelines.
* Strong understanding of TikTok content performance drivers (hooks, pacing, editing).
* Experience managing a small team and cross-functional workflows.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* (Bonus) Experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, or paid social campaigns.
