We’re looking for a proactive and motivated individual who can take charge and own their responsibilities Main Responsibilities Work collaboratively with clients, performance and creative teams to develop and execute design and creative concepts for various social and digital platforms. Develop creative ideas and create high-quality content that is visually appealing, impactful and align with our clients' brand. Work directly with clients to understand the brief, receive feedback, and develop a strong client relationship. Look beyond a brief to uncover new and exciting ways of bringing an idea to life. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, AI tools, and technologies and incorporate them into our clients' designs as appropriate. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into engaging creative. Present creative ideas and deliverables with clarity and confidence. Key Skills & Characteristics Required 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media design and traditional marketing, in a creative agency setting. Experience in editing and motion graphics is advantageous. Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software, including; InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. High level of detail and accuracy. Ability to understand and interpret clients’ requirements instantly. Ability to meet tight deadlines and quick turnarounds on projects. Able to work cross-functionally to keep all team members up to date on projects and statuses. Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects, with great attention to detail, comfortable working both autonomously and in collaboration with others. Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients. Ability to problem solve and use initiative to manage workload. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Desire to be challenged and open to feedback. Self motivated and ambitious. Salary £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
