We work with window fabricators and installers, as well as waste companies throughout the UK to ensure that valuable uPVC material is not lost to landfill.
We use our innovative recycling process to close the loop on uPVC recycling. This means that old windows and doors can be recycled and extruded into new windows and doors that boast the same standard of quality as the ones previous.

Main Purpose:
* Supervise the safe operation of the Yard activities, Including incoming and outgoing loads.
* Book in and out material via the weighbridge
* Optimise team performance to ensure a smooth operation to support the business needs.
* Manage stock levels in accordance with environmental storage regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver daily requirements to the team through daily briefs.
* Develop and encourage team members to achieve the business goals.
* Develop an environment for continuous improvement throughout the department, reporting progress and tracking improvements.
* Ensure all equipment is operated safely, in line with company SOP’s and manufacturer guidance.
* Maintain and report stock levels, to the site management team.
* Support initiatives to ensure minimal waste and improve housekeeping during operation.
* Ensure team adherence to SOPs, minimise variability and Seek out SOP improvements.
Person Specification
Essential
* FLT B1 licence
* Computer skills with an understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook.
* 360’ crane – desirable
* Telehandlers - desirable
Required Knowledge
* Team Leadership background, in either yard supervision or a production environment – 12 months minimum.
* The ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal.
* Basic computer skills with an understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook.
