Description
Manage and oversee the engineering service operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement service strategies in line with organisational goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor and improve service performance metrics.
Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Liaise with customers to address service-related concerns and maintain strong relationships.Profile
As the successful Service Manager you will have:
A strong background in the HVAC industry.
Experience in managing and developing people across service operations.
Proven ability to develop and implement service strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements would be advantageous.Job Offer
