We are seeking a driven, resilient, and highly motivated Logistics Manager to lead and optimise our logistics and warehouse operations at Berwick Care. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective running of all logistics functions. You will oversee the daily coordination of drivers, routing, deliveries, warehouse processes, and service levels, ensuring that customers receive the highest standard of delivery performance. You will also be responsible for developing and leading your team to the next level — setting standards, holding accountability, and actively upskilling staff. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. You won’t be afraid to get stuck in, support goods-in when needed, and lead from the front. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, structure, and a strong work ethic, with the mindset to drive continuous improvement across the operation. Working closely with internal teams, you will play a vital role in improving operational performance, strengthening communication, and delivering long-term business improvements.
