The Role
As a Warehouse Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of mixing and processing operations, ensuring seed orders are accurately prepared and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily processing of seed mixtures through the mixing plant
Packing, weighing, sealing and labelling bags accurately
Stacking pallets for collection by courier or delivered by van
Wrapping of pallets and accurate labelling before dispatch
Loading & unloading lorries (Forklift certificate depending)
Correct use of paperwork and standards compliance
Keeping warehouse tidy and free from rubbish
Loading and packing skips and bins
Basic maintenance of machines such as stitchers, and cleaning/fuelling of vehicles
Customer service - dealing with collections
Sorting and bagging of logs
Delivering logs
Assist and support the training of new Warehouse Crew Members when instructed

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who thrives in a physical, fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. About you:
The ability to lift up to 30kg, unaided.
Ability to work in environmental extremes, as low as -10C in the winter and high as 35C
in the summer
Fluency in English
Strong mental arithmetic skills.
Flexibility for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
Strong attention to detail.
