Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Technician (Mechanical Biased) to join our Building Services team in Kent.
The role will be to undertake planned preventative maintenance, testing, repairs and new installation work covering a wide range of equipment, services, systems and buildings across the Kent area for Kent County Council.
You’ll:
1. Deliver first class engineering to a wide range of mechanical plant. Including and not limited to, Plate Heat Exchangers, Pressurization Systems, Control systems, motors, pumps, generators, CHP, FCU’s, AHU’s, drainage, toilets, plumbing and heating systems. Good ability for fault-finding and plant adjustments to ensure unnecessary waste of utilities.
2. Good Knowledge of Building Services and Water Regulations
3. Good Knowledge of Health and Safety and CoSHH.
We’re looking for:
4. Experience in using CAFM system would be desirable.
5. Full Driving Licence
6. BTEC/HNC or City & Guilds Craft Certificate or Equivalent
7. Good knowledge of H&S Legislation and safe working
