With a salary of up to £80,000 basic + bonus - OTE up to £110,000, and a tax-efficient company car, this role promises both professional growth and personal benefits.

As the General Aftersales Manager, you'll lead a vibrant team of 20 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Workshop Controllers, and 5 Service Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve key performance indicators for service and parts.
2. Enhance efficiencies and profitability in Aftersales.
3. Sustain and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Develop a customer-focused team atmosphere.
5. Accurate and timely response to customer complaints.
6. Control of costs, stock, and budgets.
7. Ensure correct warranty procedures for monetary recovery.
We’re seeking candidates with a robust Aftersales Management background, especially within premium brands, and experience managing large teams. A full and valid driving licence is a must.
