SEN Teaching Assistant Winchester Prospero Teaching is looking for a motivated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school setting in Winchester. You will be working with pupils who require additional help due to learning needs, autism, ADHD, communication differences, or emotional/behavioural challenges. This long-term role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping children thrive and wants to build meaningful relationships with pupils who benefit from patience, consistency, and tailored support. You will work closely with teaching staff and SEN teams to provide both 1:1 and small-group assistance throughout the school day.
