Desktop Installation Engineer's - Glasgow - 6 week contract initially
Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a team of Desktop installation Engineer's to work on a project in Glasgow, this will be on a 6 weeks contract, initially.
Responsibilities:
* Unbox and install laptops and desktops, and perform straight swaps with users as required
* Install equipment to desks and ensure proper power connections
* Ensure all installations are completed according to company standards and within the specified timelines
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and best practices while carrying out installations
* Maintain accurate records of installations and report any issues or discrepancies
Qualifications
* Prior experience in technical installation, particularly with laptops and desktops
* Active Disclosure Scotland clearance is mandatory or willing to go through the checks.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow installation guidelines and procedures
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
