As a Senior Business Development Manager – you’ll lead a team of Multi-Utility Business Development Managers, manage major project accounts, and drive new business opportunities through strong client relationships and innovative solutions. Success in this role will require excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the utilities sector. You’ll play a key part in identifying growth opportunities, removing barriers to progress, and delivering results in a complex, regulated environment. Experience / Knowledge: • Proven experience in business development or commercial leadership within the utilities sector. • Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery models, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability drivers across Multi-utilities (gas, electricity, heat, fibre, clean water, and/or wastewater). • Demonstrated success in securing and delivering complex contracts or partnerships.
