Brand Manager, Bakery Industry (Flexible Location)
Location: Based in Milton Keynes, Bagshot or Bedford, with 1 day per week in Bagshot
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded Brand Manager to join our Marketing team and help grow two of our most iconic brands, Americana and Schulstad Bakery Solutions in the out-of-home and foodservice sectors.
This is your chance to roll up your sleeves and lead campaigns that rise above the rest.
What you'll be baking up:
* Crafting and executing brand plans that deliver real value and volume growth.
* Cooking up insight-led marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales.
* Managing key agency relationships (creative, digital, PR, research).
* Leading PR and digital activity to boost our brand presence and voice in the industry.
* Supporting international markets and owning relationships with a major UK retailer.
* Collaborating with sales to whip up customer-specific activations.
* Managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance.
Skills & Requirements
What we knead from you:
* A solid background in marketing, ideally in the UK food industry.
* A flair for digital marketing, PR, and creative campaign building.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* A good eye for design and a passion for food and branding.
* Experience in B2B marketing and foodservice channels is a cherry on top.
