Contracts Administrator, Enniskillen, £26-£28k We are working with electrical contractors, who are currently expanding their team, and seeking to recruit candidates to assist with administration in a fast-paced environment. Assisting with the Response Maintenance team, duties will include - A variety of general administration for the office Manage email & telephone enquires both internal & from the public. Provide a professional level of customer service, and telephone support for customer enquiries Look after and maintain your own specific contract effectively, meet deadlines, ensure tenants, management and contractors are kept up to date. Scheduling appointments, meetings, ensuring diaries are kept up to date. Maintaining accurate records. Provide support to the wider response maintenance team. You will need: Previous administrative experience desirable Be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability. Ability to work on own initiative, work accurately under pressure, Excellent computer knowledge including MS Office Strong planning & communication skills, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
