Were not a factory full of automated machines were a team of skilled makers who take pride in creating products with our hands. Our GRP work supports major names such as Williams Jet Tenders, Anglian Water, and leading companies across the marine, automotive, leisure, and utility sectors. When you join us, youre helping build products used across the UK and beyond. We are now looking for GRP Laminators who want to learn, create, and take pride in real craftsmanship. What Were Looking For This role is perfect for someone who enjoys making things, not just operating equipment. Youll be hands-on, shaping materials, building components, and seeing your work come to life. The ideal candidate will have: A good understanding of GRP processes such as wet lay-up and applying gel coats Experience using hand tools Strong attention to detail Good communication skills The ability to work well in a small team and independently Experience is helpful but if you have the right attitude and want to learn a skilled trade, we will train you.
