• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse caseload of non-contentious Private Client work, covering wills, trusts, probate, Court of Protection matters and Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning, and providing advice on Inheritance Tax.
• You will demonstrate exceptional client care, offering clear and tailored guidance to a wide range of clients navigating sensitive and emotionally challenging circumstances.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, the confidence to engage professionally with both clients and colleagues, and the ability to contribute positively to the wider team, offering support to junior members of the team and supervision as appropriate.
