Role Summary
Carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace.
* Adhere to Wetherspoon’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
* Work with third‑party contractors.
* Ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, is in line with the company’s design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
* Carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet the needs of the business.
Skills and Qualifications
* Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
* Ability to work unsupervised and resolve problems using your own knowledge while working within relevant guidelines.
* Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for your role and show commitment to your colleagues and pub.
* Friendly nature and good communication skills.
* Honesty, trustworthiness and respect.
* Remain calm when working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Adhere to Wetherspoon’s appearance standards and wear correct PPE when required.
* Receive regular feedback from management and achieve any agreed actions.
