The Opportunity
You’ll join a well-established Property & Leisure team, taking responsibility for planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse public estate.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes
* Carrying out building inspections and condition surveys
* Preparing specifications, tendering, and contract administration
* Overseeing contractors and ensuring quality and compliance
* Managing budgets and certifying payments
* Supporting H&S compliance (CDM, asbestos, legionella, etc.)
* Working with internal teams to maintain safe, efficient public assets
