National Key Account Manager – Medical Aesthetics
Location: Midlands (National Remit)
Package: Excellent base salary (market-leading) + uncapped bonus + car allowance + private health, life & dental
Are you a high-performing sales professional with proven experience selling into the medical aesthetics market? We are partnering with an innovative, fast-growing device company with a truly cutting-edge portfolio, looking to appoint a National Key Account Manager to join their high-functioning commercial team.
The Opportunity
This is a national new business–focused role, responsible for driving revenue growth across clinics, aesthetic chains, and key industry accounts. You will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, introducing innovative aesthetic technologies, and building long-term commercial partnerships. Working alongside an established and collaborative team, you will be empowered to take ownership of your territory and deliver best-in-class commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition across the UK within the medical aesthetics sector
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Identify, approach, and close high-value clinic and group opportunities
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and commercial proposals
* Build strong relationships with clinic owners, practitioners, and key decision-makers
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical training, and leadership teams
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record of success in medical aesthetics device sales (essential)
* Strong new business hunter mentality with the ability to close high-value deals
* Experience selling capital equipment or innovative aesthetic technologies
* Commercially astute, self-driven, and results-oriented
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Based in the Midlands with flexibility for national travel
