Spire Healthcare | St Anthony’s & Gatwick Park Hospitals | Marketing & Business Development Executive Hybrid (2 days WFH)
Spire Healthcare is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team, supporting St Anthony’s and Gatwick Park Hospitals.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering local marketing and business development activity, helping to drive patient enquiries while supporting consultants to grow their private practice. You will be hands-on in executing campaigns, creating high-quality content, and ensuring all communications are clear, accurate, and aligned to brand. The role also involves building strong relationships across the hospitals, including liaising with and presenting updates to senior management teams (SMTs).
Working across St Anthony’s and Gatwick Park Hospitals, you’ll bring marketing plans to life locally, ensuring our communications are clear, accurate, and patient-focused. You’ll be trusted as a brand guardian and valued for the tangible difference your work makes to both patient experience and hospital performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Executing local and central marketing plans that drive awareness, enquiries, and growth
2. Writing, editing, and proofreading high-quality content including press releases, editorials, and digital copy
3. Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring all activity aligns with Spire’s standards and values
4. Supporting consultants to develop and promote their private practice
5. Managing website updates and content changes to enhance visibility and patient journeys
6. Collaborating with hospital teams to deliver consistent, effective, and patient-focused marketing activity.
Who we are looking for:
7. Desirable: Previous hospital or healthcare experience
8. Strong marketing expertise, including content writing and proofreading
9. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
10. A collaborative, proactive approach—this is a delivery-focused role suited to someone looking to further develop their marketing career
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
Working Hours: Full Time, Hybrid working (2 days from home)
