All about the role:
We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team, based in our Luton office. Your main responsibility will be to provide HR advice and support to your stakeholders, covering all people related matters, HR policy and processes.
You will work closely with the People Business Partner, the HR Country Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner and the HR Shared Services Center (PS&S) in Krakow, Poland.
What you'll do:
·Support and coach line managers in all aspects of employee relations matters for example, absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance in accordance with company procedure, relevant legislation and precedents
·Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and processes
·Coach, challenge, and support line managers in their role on people related processes.
·Work closely with our HR Shared Services Center (PS&S) to ensure all necessary HR documentation is provided in a timely manner
·Support PS&S with queries relating to right to work checks and references.
·Support in HR processes related to performance management, salary review, talent management, workforce planning etc., for the employees within your scope, in close collaboration with the People Business Partner.
·Support in local recruitment processes together with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
·Take an important role within communication regarding organizational updates and HR matters.
·Support in Group initiatives and local HR projects together with the HR colleagues to drive the people strategy and business results within the local organization.
Qualifications:
·CIPD qualified (level 5) would be desirable but not essential
·Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR advisor or similar role
·A strong understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
·Strong team player with a proactive, flexible attitude
·Skilled in prioritization and handling ambiguous situations
·Effective internal and external communicator
