A leading commercial litigation team in the Northwest is seeking to appoint a talented Senior Associate / Principal Associate to join its Manchester office.
Working alongside a highly regarded Partner, you will advise a diverse client base ranging from household names and international corporations to innovative start‑ups and established national brands.
Responsibilities
You will handle a broad spectrum of high‑profile litigation matters, including:
* Complex breaches of contract, warranty, and indemnity disputes
* Director and shareholder disputes
* Procurement litigation and supply chain breakdowns
* Specialist disputes in technology and fintech sectors
Candidate Profile
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 4 PQE+, gained at either a boutique firm or a large national practice. You should demonstrate:
* Strong academic background and technical expertise in litigation
* Proven experience advising corporate and commercial clients
* A creative, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving
* Ambition to contribute to the growth of a market‑leading team
