We're looking for a Construction Manager to join our Natural Resources team based in Mogden STW, London.
This role is pivotal in ensuring construction projects' safe and efficient completion through meticulous site management and operational oversight.
Location: Twickenham, London, Subsistence packages available for those not within the local area
Contract: Permanent
What will you be responsible for as a Construction Manager?
As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for supporting the entire construction process of a project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards
Your day to day will include:
* Planning and coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Procurement: Oversee the purchase of materials and equipment.
* Team management: Hire, manage, and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
* Site management: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and health and safety compliance.
What are we looking for as a Construction Manager?
This role of Construction Manager is great for you if:
* Demonstrating knowledge and practical application of a construction site's setup and day-to-day running.
* A Level 6 qualification in Construction Site Management (NVQ or apprenticeship) or Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Diploma (HND) in Construction or a related field or degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
* Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card – Supervisor - Gold, Experienced Supervisor or Manager.
* Demonstrating knowledge and practical application of a construction site's setup and day-to-day running.
* A Level 6 qualification in Construction Site Management (NVQ or apprenticeship) or Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Diploma (HND) in Construction or a related field or degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
