Job Description
A well-established engineering business is seeking an experiencedTechnical Sales Managerwith strong knowledge ofair systems / air handlingto take ownership of a high-value sales portfolio.
This is a senior, technically credible role with a mix ofUK site visits and regular international travel, managing the full sales lifecycle from technical discussions and solution design through to quotation, negotiation and closing.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end technical sales process with UK and global customers
* Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Take ownership of pricing, quotations and commercial negotiations
* Work closely with internal engineering and project teams
* Deliver personal sales revenues in excess of£1.5m per annum
Ideal background:
* HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Strong experience withinair systems, air handling or similar engineered solutions
* Technically credible and consultative sales approach
* Comfortable with high-value, project-led sales
* Ability to interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD / 3D advantageous)
Package:
* £50,000£70,000 base salary
* Up to25% company bonus
* Company car or allowance (premium options available)
* Pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Early finish on Fridays
