Job Description

We are looking for an experienced mobilisation and delivery professional who can act as the central coordination point across all enabling functions.

The role focuses on embedding robust, end-to-end work order management processes aligned to government requirements, ensuring operational stability, contractual compliance, and service excellence, while enabling the OSC to scale effectively and allowing senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead all OSC mobilisation activities for a major government contract from award through go-live and hypercare
2. Develop and manage detailed mobilisation plans, governance structures, timelines, and risk registers
3. Ensure full operational readiness across people, process, and technology, including helpdesk setup, work order lifecycle configuration, supply chain onboarding, and engineer dispatch alignment
4. Embed the government contract into end-to-end OSC work order management processes, from logging and triage through to completion, invoicing, and reporting
5. Validate CAFM systems, workflows, SLAs, and reporting are configured, tested, and fit for purpose, mitigating risks to service continuity
6. Provide operational input into government solution design, supporting process mapping, resource modelling, and ensuring deliverables are operationally achievable and costed
7. Act as the single coordination point across P&C (including TUPE), H&S, IT, Finance, and Procurement to ensure mobilisation readiness
8. Ensure a structured handover into business-as-usual operations post-hypercare, embedding KPIs, SLAs, and working closely with Business Improvement to support sustainable delivery

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

9. Proven experience in mobilisation, transition, or project delivery within FM or operational environments
10. Strong understanding of CAFM systems and end-to-end work order management
11. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
12. Strong organisational, planning, and programme management capability
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
14. Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple priorities
15. Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to drive outcomes and meet key milestones
16. Structured, methodical, and collaborative approach to complex programmes
