We’re looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a 1-year fixed-term basis (maternity cover). You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our global customer engagement and revenue growth, utilising your expertise to help us scale in the UK and expand into new territories worldwide.
Working cross-functionally with our Design, E-commerce, and Commercial teams, you'll develop, implement, and scale high-performance email and SMS marketing campaigns across both D2C and B2B markets. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a best-in‑class content strategy, ensuring our brand voice remains authentic across all global digital touch points.
What you’ll be doing
* Campaign management: Developing, implementing, and scaling high-performance email and SMS marketing campaigns across global D2C and B2B markets.
* Lifecycle automation: Architecting advanced lifecycle automations and customer journeys to maximise lifetime value and continuously optimise the user experience.
* Testing and optimisation: Leading a rigorous A/B testing framework and content strategy to constantly improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Data segmentation: Implementing deep database segmentation to deliver highly targeted, relevant, and personalised messaging to our global audience.
* Cross-functional collaboration: Partnering with the Design, E-commerce, and Commercial teams to align email campaigns with broader brand strategies and product launches.
* Performance tracking: Analysing and reporting on key email metrics and deliverability, leveraging data to uncover insights and build meaningful customer experiences.
About you
You are a results-driven marketer with proven experience managing end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns. You possess deep knowledge of database segmentation, advanced lifecycle automations, and rigorous A/B testing methodologies, with a sharp eye for analysing data to optimise performance.
Excellent communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while keeping the brand’s voice authentic and impactful. Ideally, you have a genuine passion for getting active outdoors, allowing you to naturally connect with our community and lifestyle.
