Salesforce Project Manager – London (Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days WFH) - £55,000 – £75,000 DOE
Our client, a specialist boutique technology consultancy known for delivering high-impact digital transformation projects, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, consultancy-led environment and wants to take real ownership of end-to-end Salesforce delivery.
The Role
As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead multiple Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for driving project success from scoping to delivery, ensuring solutions meet business needs, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, from discovery through to deployment and post-go-live support
* Manage project timelines, resourcing, scope, budget, and risk
* Work closely with Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Architects to ensure alignment and delivery continuity
* Run workshops, define requirements, and translate business needs into actionable solutions
* Own stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles
* Ensure best-practice documentation, governance, and delivery standards are upheld
* Drive continuous improvement and contribute to internal delivery frameworks
About You
* Proven experience managing Salesforce or CRM implementation projects in a consultancy or similar environment
* Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, capabilities, and limitations
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills
* Comfortable juggling multiple parallel projects (typical in boutique consultancy settings)
* Agile delivery experience is highly desirable
* Salesforce certifications (PMI/Prince2 or Salesforce-specific credentials) are a plus
