VAG Master Technician Vacancy in Sutton, Surrey
1. Basic Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus up to £5,000
2. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends!)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled VAG Master Technician to join a reputable, family-oriented service centre dedicated to delivering top-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate is an experienced mechanic with a passion for automotive excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
11. Perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles, including suspension checks, engine servicing, cambelt replacements, brakes, and general diagnostics.
12. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle systems using the latest technology and equipment.
13. Conduct safety checks and ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.
14. Provide exceptional customer service by accurately explaining repairs and findings.
15. Maintain high standards of quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
16. Proven experience as an LCV / Van / Car Technician or mechanic.
17. Proficiency in all aspects of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing.
18. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
19. Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
20. A positive attitude and keen attention to detail.
