We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Executive Assistant to support a UHNW couple who own and run a highly successful D2C brand. This is a dynamic and multifaceted position requiring a candidate who has previously supported UHNW individuals or families with EA responsibilities. The successful candidate will be discreet, culturally aware and a highly effective facilitator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role. This candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate and prioritise between this couple and senior leadership within the company. Candidates must demonstrate strong cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to international business etiquette. They should be commercially astute with experience liaising at a senior management level. You will be required to work from their house 3-4 days a week near Kettering, although this may vary from week to week; therefore, you must be flexible and live within a commutable distance. Proven experience in similar UHNW support roles is essential. Duties include but are not limited to: Experience managing and setting up family offices Travel itineraries, and schedules Liaise with stakeholders across multiple time zones Assist with the recruitment of senior hires Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required Attend meetings as required, taking minutes / ensuring follow-up actions completed Act as liaison between multicultural network of business and personal contacts Joyce Guiness is one of the most established support recruitment agencies in London.
