Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Classic & Italian Performance Specialist – Maidstone
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £18.50 per hour (£40,885 basic) + overtime + Saturday rota
On-Target Earnings: Up to £45,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm + occasional Saturday morning rota

We are recruiting a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic for a highly respected Italian performance and classic car specialist in Maidstone. This is a rare opportunity to work on classic Italian vehicles, performance cars, and specialist models in a workshop where craftsmanship and precision are valued.
The business has been established for over 20 years and operates both a specialist service workshop and vehicle sales centre, sourcing exceptional vehicles for collectors and enthusiasts worldwide.
While the workshop is well known for its classic Italian car restoration and servicing, technicians also work on selected modern performance vehicles, ensuring varied and interesting work.

Salary & Earnings
Hourly Rate: £18.50
Basic Annual Salary:
£18.50 × 42.5 hours per week = £40,885 per year
Additional Earnings:
* Saturday rota (approx. 2 per month) = ~£1,500 additional annually
* Overtime available throughout the year
Realistic On-Target Earnings:
Up to £45,000 per year
Working Hours
* Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
* Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm (approx. 2 per month)

* Servicing and maintenance on classic and performance vehicles

What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
* Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
* Passion for classic cars, performance vehicles, and quality workmanship
* Reliable and professional approach to workshop work
* Full UK driving licence preferred
