Data Entry Analyst
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Data Entry Analyst to support daily and weekly reporting, ERP data management, and cross‑functional collaboration across Finance, Sales, and Site Leadership. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, enabling informed decision‑making, and ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards.
Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Analysis
* Prepare daily sales and orders backlog reports in Excel for visibility on order fulfillment and backlog status. Provide territory‑based order summaries to support UKI Sales and Site Leadership for performance tracking.
* Analyze data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Interpret complex data to generate actionable insights for business decisions.
* Report, track, and expedite critical components and actively improve operational KPIs.
ERP Data Management & Financial Support
* Perform detailed data entry and management in ERP systems for customer contracts, pricing structures, engineering items, and warehouse inventory.
* Ensure data accuracy through adjustments and validations.
* Prepare quarterly VAT returns, process credit notes, and generate reports; support pricing analysis and maintain accurate economic data to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Process Validation
* Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, UKI Site Leadership, Quality and ISE teams to compile and verify data for strategic appraisals and operational organization.
* Assist analysts by retrieving source data from ERPs and other platforms to facilitate comprehensive analysis and understanding.
* Ensure compliance with internal regulations and facilitate ongoing improvement projects, relying on effective communication and partnership.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in data entry, reporting, or analytical roles.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
* Familiarity with financial processes or value‑based data.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
* Experience with MS PowerPoint.
