Salary: Up to £120,000 + Package

What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead full project delivery for the next major defence initiative — ensuring everything runs to scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the full procurement lifecycle across all project elements
* Building and maintaining strong, fair supply-chain relationships
* Ensuring all installed products meet technical approvals
* Leading consultants to deliver designs aligned with budgets and procurement strategy
* Challenging and improving design solutions to enhance buildability and reduce whole-life cost
* Ensuring full contract compliance at every stage
* Identifying, communicating and mitigating risks while pursuing commercial opportunities
* Leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple project interfaces
1. What You’ll Bring
* A confident, professional leadership style with strong communication skills
* A proven record of delivering major, complex engineering projects
* Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement and sequencing
* Experience with QA processes and subcontract account management
* Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and maximise revenue opportunities
* SMSTS (minimum) and strong health and safety competency
* Experience in testing and commissioning complete MEPH systems
