A superb opportunity for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly respected electrical contractor delivering works across some of London's most prestigious and landmark buildings. This is a senior, client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, building strong relationships and taking full ownership of small to medium electrical projects from survey through to completion. With autonomy, trust and long-term progression on offer, this position suits a commercially aware professional ready to operate at a high level.
This growing contractor has built an excellent reputation across blue-chip commercial environments for quality, reliability and technical expertise. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, they are now looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to strengthen client partnerships, oversee project delivery and act as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor. Your Role as an Electrical Contracts Manager will include:
* Surveying, scoping and quoting small to medium electrical works across London
* Producing accurate and commercially sound quotations for in-house delivery
* Acting as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, ensuring compliance and certification standards
* Managing projects from instruction to completion including labour, materials and scheduling
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships across prestigious commercial sites
* Providing technical guidance to engineers and ensuring high-quality workmanship
* Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and all relevant regulations
The successful Electrical Contracts Manager will need:
* Eligibility and competence to act as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
* Strong background in quoting, estimating or surveying electrical works
* Proven experience within commercial or facilities-based electrical environments
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Comfortable working independently across London on a daily basis
