Graduate Finance Sales Brokers
This is a fully office-based role in Northampton
My client is looking for ambitious, commercially astute graduates who are self-starters and eager to advance their careers in financial sales.
This is a 2-year graduate training programme where you will fast track your career and receive 1-2-1 training and mentoring from senior team brokers and directors.
In return, they offer an annual starting salary ranging from £36,000 to £50,000 depending on your academic background along with excellent benefits and performance recognition.
As a Graduate Finance Sales Broker, you will have a natural flair to build a good telephone rapport alongside the ability to drive sales processes to completion and achieve key KPI targets in a highly competitive environment.
As a Graduate Finance Sales Broker, you will have excellent written and oral communications skills along with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
As a Graduate Finance Sales Broker, you will exhibit exceptional critical thinking and organisational skills, maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate diligence, and efficiently prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be able to work independently with initiative while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Candidate Skills
* Hold a 2.1 Degree in any discipline
* Highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales
* Excellent communication skills written and spoken with a positive engaging telephone manner
* Highly resilient with the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced meritocratic environment
* Strong commercial acumen, with an interest in business
* Have a proficient level of IT Skills – MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, any experience of using a CRM System would be advantageous
Duties
* You will conduct outbound sales to establish rapport and interest with potential new clients, ultimately building a pipeline and securing new business opportunities
* With a customer-centric approach, qualify client interest through a consultative sales process to understand commercial standing and position various financial solutions
* Daily record all sales activity on a CRM system
* Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
* Write and prepare proposal documentation and credit applications as and when required, including working with clients to gather appropriate financial and non-financial paperwork
