Responsibilities
* Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients
* Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers at potential customer organizations
* Presenting and demonstrating the value of our SaaS solutions to prospective customers
* Negotiating and closing complex sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer success
* Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and accurately forecasting future revenue
Requirements
* A proven track record and at least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise / international sales of complex solutions in Logistics, LogTech or SaaS
* Proven ability to hunt for and acquire new customers
* Experience working with Retail and FMCG customers would be highly appreciated but not mandatory
* A proficient level of English and Italian and/or Spanish; any other language would be a plus
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, international team
* Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset
