Overview
Clinical Supervisor Nursing - Operating Room role at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Under the direction of the Clinical Manager Nursing, the Clinical Supervisor Nursing is responsible for the coordination and provision of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. The role operationalizes the objectives, policies, and procedures of the Medical Center and Clinical Services for a specific shift, and is accountable for monitoring department activity, including patient flow, staffing, assignment of care, and staff development.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
* Graduate of approved school of nursing
* Evidence of enrollment in BSN program
Minimum Work Experience
* Two years of clinical experience preferred
* Leadership experience required
Required Licenses/Certifications
* Licensed in the State of Vermont
* BLS Certification through American Heart Association
* Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per department framework
* Completion of endorsed patient/visitor de‑escalation and restraint program certification based on department guidelines
* Basic Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills
