We are looking for psychologists who can bring strong therapeutic skills and the ability to collaborate across services, delivering NICE-recommended therapies such as CBT for psychosis and family interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Provide therapy to service users and their families as a central member of the MDT.
* Support the team through reflective practice, consultation, supervision, and training.
* Help the team manage complex relationship dynamics that can arise in psychosis to ensure care remains safe, effective and compassionate.
