Key Responsibilities Prepare forms for filing patent applications, ensuring excellent accuracy and attention to detail Prepare and file supporting documentation at various Patent Offices, using relevant online systems where required Prepare documents and correspondence for clients and overseas agents, with technically challenging content Create and process invoices, including complex invoices Review and action workflow correspondence, prioritising urgent deadlines Work collaboratively across teams, undertaking a variety of tasks as required Skills Knowledge, and Expertise Strong administration skills with a process-driven, detail orientated approach Experience in IP Administration/Formalities advantageous Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and to strict deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Benefits We pride ourselves on being small and friendly enough for you to get to know everyone – but big enough to offer you great career prospects.
