We're looking for a driven and detail-focusedAssistant Quantity Surveyorto join our high-performing commercial team. If you're eager to work on major industrial and built environment projects while developing your skills in a supportive, dynamic environment — this is your chance.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting all commercial aspects of exciting construction projects from start to finish
* Keeping on top of site records, photos, labour sheets, and project documentation
* Leading or contributing to meetings with design teams and site teams
* Managing purchase orders, subcontractor orders, valuations, and cost tracking
* Preparing forecasts, tracking budgets, and ensuring project profitability
* Helping with client valuations and external reporting
* Collaborating with experienced professionals and mentoring junior staff
No two days will be the same. You'll work closely with experienced QS and site teams on real projects with real impact — not stuck behind a desk pushing paperwork.
What You Bring
* A Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Solid experience on industrial or built environment projects
* Strong communication and reporting skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a sharp eye for detail
* Familiarity with surveying systems, procurement, and variation management
