A bit about the job:
Join Aviva's Workplace Pensions Marketing team as a Marketing Executive. As a member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in bringing Workplace Pensions to life through various campaigns and marketing activities. From digital communications to integrated multi-channel campaigns, your work will contribute to achieving our commercial and brand objectives.
You'll need to be adept at creating customer-focused content, have experience in direct and intermediary channels, and be comfortable working collaboratively with technical, compliance, and product teams. We're looking for someone who is not afraid to try new marketing approaches, thinks creatively, and can measure the impact of their work.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Experience in delivering B2B and B2B2C marketing activities and campaigns
* Strong understanding of customer behaviors through data and insight
* Creative and lateral thinking ability to think creatively
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and customer management skills

* Starting salary between £30,000 and £32,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
