Client & Growth Director (Hands on) - (Part-time, 3 days per week)
Fully remote (UK-based) | £45k–£50k for 3 days per week (£75k–£83k FTE) + commission

THEY SAY is a female-founded creative + digital studio working with brands across beauty, hospitality, lifestyle and wellness. We build stories that cut through, then amplify them across the digital ecosystem. Creative and digital treated like best friends, as they should be.
We’re in our scale-up era and looking for a very hands on Client & Growth Director to be the commercial anchor of the studio, especially through a founder’s period of leave. This is a senior, executional role for someone who is commercially sharp, relationship-led and wants impact without a 5-day week.
The role
You will help us:
* Drive and convert a warm new business pipeline.
* Lead commercial conversations from first contact through to scope, proposal and close.
* Shape upsell and expansion opportunities with existing clients.
* Support founders on pricing, packaging and proposals.
* Bring rhythm and visibility to pipeline, revenue and follow-ups.
* Reduce day-to-day founder dependency on commercial activity while keeping the magic of founder-led relationships.
This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful commercial responsibility. No traditional sales theatre. No large team management. No project management delivery.

* Strong senior client relationships where THEY SAY is seen as a strategic partner, not a vendor.
* A higher share of repeat and retained revenue.
* Founders more focused on vision and product, less on day-to-day commercial admin.
* A simple, human new business rhythm that feels like us, not corporate.
