Are you an experienced Property Manager with knowledge of housing legislation's? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Void Property Manager to oversees vacant properties, ensuring they are re-let promptly, cost-effectively, and to the required standard, helping to reduce void times and support rental income. Due to the nature of the role a Valid UK driving License is required. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the entire void process, from tenancy termination to re-occupation Inspect properties and determine the scope of required works Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and refurbishments Maintain accurate records of property status, timelines, and works completed Provide regular reports on void performance metrics to senior management Support housing officers and tenancy teams with viewings and re-letting activities About You: Experience in property, housing management, particularly in void or repairs management Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities Knowledge of building standards, health and safety, and relevant housing legislation Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets Strong MS Office skills Knowledge of housing legislations Enhanced DBS is required If you know someone suitable for this role, share the word and through our referral scheme receive up to £250!
