What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience supporting children or adults with additional needs (experience with non:verbal communication, sensory processing, or de:escalation strategies is highly valued).

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and parents.

An adaptable mindset, ready to step into different classrooms and quickly build a safe, positive rapport with pupils.

A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness for one).
