Delivering an outstanding customer proposition. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than an average Store Manager job. You’ll manage the Branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The environment can be hot in summer and cold in winter. If you take pride in leading and motivating a team to achieve great things, our customers will notice and appreciate your efforts.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
1. Delivering great service: Ensure your team provides excellent customer experience and drives sales through service.
2. Mucking in: Help the team complete tasks such as checking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
3. Inspiring: Foster a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
4. Building relationships: Support your team’s development, support future growth, and ensure customers leave satisfied with their needs met.
5. Leading: Coach, motivate, and engage your team to create a great, engaging workplace.
6. Building a fun environment: Maintain high standards and product availability while making the branch a place everyone enjoys working at.
