Temporary Agency Support Worker – Horsham We are urgently seeking Temporary Support Workers to cover shifts at a high-support residential service for adults experiencing homelessness and complex needs. This service offers short-term accommodation within a structured, supportive environment, providing therapeutic support, medical intervention, and life skills development. Residents may face multiple challenges, including homelessness, substance misuse, and mental health conditions. You will play a vital role in helping individuals stabilise their circumstances, enhance their wellbeing, and progress towards greater independence.
