Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and optimisation of new processes and equipment. The Manufacturing Engineer will work cross-functionally to ensure production aligns with company standards in safety, efficiency, and lean manufacturing. You will play a key role in new product introductions, ensuring tooling, quality, and gauging requirements are met from concept through to production. The Manufacturing Engineer will also participate in internal and customer design reviews, apply sound knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T, and support process improvement activities. Your responsibilities will include equipment installation projects, process risk assessments, and supplier quality assurance initiatives. Skills & Experience: * Minimum Time Served/HNC in an Electro/Mechanical Engineering discipline. * At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering role. * Experience of project management for new equipment, plant and facility installations. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing and problem solving principles. * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
